TRL participated in the 1st Annual Phyllis L. Poore Recovery Resource Fair on August 16. This event was structured to provide resources for a specific targeted population. Those who have been affected directly or indirectly by the Substance Abuse Epidemic in Baltimore City. We were excited to participate and meet new friends promoting health, well-being, and resilience in our community!
