  • 525 North Wolfe Street Baltimore, MD, 21205 United States (map)

The BRAVE Nursing Center is hosting the Inaugural Dr. Jacquelyn Campbell Lecture at the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing on October 21st, 2026, 9:30 am - 3:30 pm. Our featured keynote speaker is Duke Professor Dr. Rosa Gonzalez-Guarda. The BRAVE Nursing Center establishes one of the nation’s few nurse-led, interdisciplinary centers of excellence that advances violence and trauma science through research, practice, education, and policy expertise. Housed in the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, the Center leverages nursing leadership with strong interdisciplinary collaboration to reduce fragmentation and amplify institutional impact across the violence and trauma continuum. Please join us in appreciating all that Jackie has done for for the field of nursing, violence prevention, and her mentorships of the next generation.
